Meet our owner, Aja - Master Stylist
With over 10+ years in the industry Aja started Chemistry Hair Lab in 2017 after a diverse career took her from training in Denver, CO with AVEDA, to living and traveling all over the world, and back to Aveda as an Educator. When opening CHL it was very important to Aja that she supported a team that could accomplish all they're being called to and that coming to work never felt like a chore.
Beyond the team it was very important to her that she built an extended community for the clients we serve.
She is a Master Hair Colorist specializing in "Lived In" Blondes and extensions. She has a high attention to detail and which allows her to perfectly customize each look with its own finesse.
Aja truly extends her heart, optimism, and fun creative personality to everyone she meets. Her compassion and warmth gives clients more than just a salon service, but a therapeutic life refresher. Meet Nicole, Master Stylist.
Nicole has been doing hair for 10+ years and loves doing blondes, grey coverage and multi-dimensional colors. She has a special attention to detail and is really able to create a customized color based on your dream hair.
She has two sweet pups at home that she loves to spoil when she's not adventuring. You can often find Nicole and her clients exchanging the best Netflix shows and book recommendations. Nicole truly has the sweetest heart and a gentle presence to her. It's a joy to enjoy a hair appointment with her.

I’m an adventure seeker, a people person, a dog lover and wanna-be-mama. I love meeting up with friends and family for dinner or happy hour. My goal is to see as many places as possible in our beautiful world!
On a professional level, I have a passion for hair extensions, lived-in color and blonding! I come from an Aveda background but once I got my hands on Davines I fell in love. I love learning and believe it’s an important part of my career. I strive to give my guests the best experience while also enjoying everything that I’m doing! I think that we are all beautiful and I want to accentuate all that to makes you feel like the best you!
