Policies and Referrals

Cancellation Policy

At Chemistry Hair Lab we recognize that your appointments are as important to us as they are to you! We kindly ask that should you need to reschedule an appointment, you do so with 48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate those who might be on a waiting list with fingers crossed, which could be you some day. We understand that life gets busy so we promise to do our part and send you plenty of reminders to confirm or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies may happen and we will show flexibility and share our love during those occasional situations.


Cancelling within 24 hours of appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service amount.


No Call, No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Should this be an ongoing challenge, you will be required to pre-pay for your service upon booking.


All missed appointment fees must be paid before your next visit with us. No Exceptions. We follow this policy strictly. 


Tardiness Policy

We believe in devoting our full attention to each guest during their scheduled service. Please understand that we work on a tight schedule. If you are going to be late, we ask that you call or text to let us know. If you are going to be beyond 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule to a time where the quality of your service won’t be compromised due to lost time.  



We believe in creating a strong community and we want to keep yours looking and feeling their best. We already know we will love your tribe as much as you do! Referrals are the best way to keep our community thriving. Bring your loved ones in and we'll show our gratitude by gifting you a lush in salon treatment and we will put you in a monthly drawing for a complimentary full size product!
